Day 4: Let’s turn ideas into action 💪
Did you miss all the previous days? Now is your chance to get back on track!
Hello hello!
You’ve brainstormed and prioritized your ideas, so now it’s time for the fun part — getting stuff done.
Today, we’re creating a simple action plan to bring your top experiments to life.
💪 Challenge of the day – Create a growth experiment action plan
Depending on your resources, focus on 1-3 experiments you can realistically implement in the next 4-6 weeks.
Pick your top idea and use the Growth Experiment Template to write down your experiment sheet:
Name of your experiment
Hypothesis
What’s the goal of each experiment? Use the formula:
“If we [do X], then [Y] will happen because [reason].”Steps:
What needs to be done?
Who’s responsible for each task?
When will it be completed?
Define success criteria
What metrics will tell you if your experiment worked?
🪩 Example:
Name: Personalized follow-ups to increase retention.
Hypothesis: If we send personalized follow-ups, 10% of clients will book a coaching session again because they’ll see more value.
Action steps:
Draft templates
Segment client list
Schedule emails
Success criteria: 5% increase in repeat bookings.
Duration: 4 weeks.
Now it’s time to execute!
💡 Tip: block time for each of your steps in the calendar!
Tomorrow, we’ll talk about tracking your experiments and learning from the data.
Do you have any questions? Feel free to answer this email to ask them or join our Slack channel!
Do it slowly. Do it step-by-step.
